Today we are launching Agent Mode, a new way to use Tablewealth as the data backbone for custom applications.

Agent Mode is our experiment in letting users build the financial interface they want without handing raw financial records to an AI model. The agent helps shape the app; the data layer remains separate.

What Agent Mode builds

Agent Mode can create dashboard layouts, spreadsheet views, API-backed widgets, and analysis surfaces from your preferences. It can reason about structure, controls, and presentation without receiving the underlying account values.

Example: Ask for a "cash runway dashboard with investment allocation and a debt payoff panel" and the agent can build the interface shell before data is populated from your vault.

What it does not see

The agent does not need transaction rows, balances, holdings, or institution credentials to design a view. It receives layout intent and schema-level information, then the finished interface queries scoped data at runtime.

"The agent should be creative about the window, not curious about what is behind it."

Where it is useful

  1. Creating a personal net worth dashboard from a prompt.
  2. Generating a live spreadsheet template for recurring reviews.
  3. Building a lightweight family-office view for shared finances.
  4. Prototyping custom tools before turning them into permanent apps.

Early access direction

The first release is intentionally narrow. We are focusing on reliable templates, clear data boundaries, and flows that make it obvious when a user is editing layout versus requesting financial analysis.

Example: Product detail pages now include multiple block types so Agent Mode launch content can be reviewed in the blog template.
